REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are only offered for items that are received by the customer and not in the condition described on the website and were not damaged as a result of mishandling by the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for damages caused through shipping, but we insure all shipments for the full purchase price so an insurance claim can be filed by the buyer. To process a refund or exchange the item must be returned in it's original packaging to our US return address at the buyer's expense.
Returns and exchanges are only offered within 30 days of receiving. Many of the parts we sell require the installation of an experienced mechanic or tuning shop. We cannot accept a return or exchange on these items without confirmation from the mechanic or tuning shop that their is an issue with the item(s). These include the A'PEXi Power FC and other ECU/computers, electronic boost controllers, turbochargers, wastegates and other parts that we recommended be installed by a qualified mechanic or tuning shop.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days. Exchanges will be processed within 1-5 business days as long as we have available stock. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. It is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We cannot offer a refund or exchange on an item that we do not actually receive back.
Orders can only be cancelled before they actually ship. Typical fulfillment time is 1-2 days for items we have in stock so cancellation requests must be made immediately.
